The White Mana has locations in both Jersey City and Hackensack NJ. They have been in there since 1939 and 1946. They specialize in slider type hamburgers. I know most of you have eaten at White Castles, but these are much better and are made fresh. The picture below should give you an idea.
The burgers are made right in front of you and made to order. Nothing is pre-cooked. You can have them with or without onions. The interesting thing is that your order is taken by the person who is cooking your burgers. The place is small but that adds something to the experience. It is like everyone is sitting in the kitchen.
